Users: Search, Filter and Export Users

Searching for Users

Once you have imported your users, you'll want to search for specific users to see if they've accepted your invitation, add them to channels and simply to see who's a member of your HUB. 

How to Filter Users

1. Log into the Builder at build.inspirehub.com (USA), build.ihubapp.ca (CAD) or build.inspirehub.com.au (AUS) 

2. Select 'Channel & Users' > 'Users'

3. Select the 'Filter' button 

4. Select which tags you would like to filter by (selecting the section will filter by all its tags)

How to Export Users

1. Log into the Builder at build.inspirehub.com (USA), build.ihubapp.ca (CAD) or build.inspirehub.com.au (AUS)

2. Navigate to 'Channels & Users' > 'Users'

3. Select the 'Filter' button

4. Select the tags you would like to filter users by (selecting the section will filter by all its tags)

5. Select the 'Export' button

6. A CSV (Excel) file of the list of users will be automatically downloaded to your computer
