Suspending a User

Once you have your users imported, you'll want to search for specific users to see if they've accepted your invitation, add them to Channels and simply see who's a member of your HUB. 

How to Suspend Users

You must be an Administrator or have permission to suspend users from the IHUBApp. If you don't see 'Channels & Users' in the Builder or any buttons that we mention below, please contact your IHUBApp Administrator or Owner to request the suspension.

Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to 'Channels & Users' > 'Users'

2. Click on the user you would like to have suspended. (You can also use the 'Find user by name or email' tool in the Filter tab to locate them faster.)

3. On the top right of the page, click on Suspend. 

4. Click on 'Yes, suspend it!' and the user will then be suspended from the HUB.
