Builder User Roles
When a user joins your HUB, they are assigned a Builder User Role. Many of your users will never need access to the Builder in order to manage the settings for the HUB. If a user does need access to manage the HUB, you will need to determine which Builder User Role they need.
How to use Builder User Roles
Various user roles can be assigned to users in order to take part in the maintenance of the IHUBApp through the Builder. Below are the current definitions:

Owner - User who has full access to all functionality of the IHUBApp Builder (ex. Analytics, Billing, Company Profile, Users etc.). There can only be ONE owner. Changing the Owner is an InspireHUB only function. Please contact us if this needs to be changed.

Administrator - Shares same access as Owner. Access can be granted or removed by Owner.

Registered User - For your users in the app, with no need to access the builder.
You can also create Custom Builder User Roles based on organizational specifications in your HUB. To do this:

Navigate to Channels & Users > Builder user roles ( If you cannot select Builder user roles, you do not have access to create or edit User Roles, seek Administrator assistance)

Select "Add User Role"

Name your new role > Hit "Confirm"

Toggle on what permissions you would like to give this role. You can use the drop down arrows to expand sections. You can use the System Defined Roles of Administrator and Registered User as a reference when building your new role
To assign a user a different role:

Navigate to Channels & Users > Users

Search for the User you would like to assign the new role to

Under the "Role" column click the drop down and change it to the User Role you would like. Once you select the role your changes will save automatically.
