What is a Call-to-Action (CTA)?
A Call-to-Action (CTA) is a prompt that encourages users to take a specific action, such as providing feedback, registering interest, or signing up for updates.
The IHUBApp has been designed with CTAs built-in throughout the entire experience which is part of the reason it drives engagement. Some of these built-in CTA modules, include:
each designed for specific purposes. The General CTA module, however, is designed to be a flexible tool for other types of actions that may not fit into the predefined categories.
When to Use the General CTA Module

- Request for More Information: Allow users to request additional details on a specific topic or service.
- Sign-Up for Special Offers: Gather contact information for users interested in receiving exclusive offers or discounts.
