The Task Module
This video gives an overview of how to create a post with the task module.
How to Create a New Task
- Log into the Builder at build.ihub.app (USA), build.ihubapp.ca (CAD) or build.ihubapp.com.au(AUS)

Navigate to 'Create' > 'Posts'

Click on 'ADD NEW'

Select the channel you would like to post to, the Card style, Post label, and Title.

Create the content for you post in the 'Body' section

Select "Post Options" to set additional options (publish date, expire date, notifications when publishing, comments, and if the post is included in the newsletter)

Select "Select modules" if you would like to add a post module (Map, Photo Album, Tasks)

Select the toggle next to "Tasks", then hit "Save"

Set your Task Name, then; describe your task under "Task description", set the Volunteer age restriction/minimum age, and set the volunteer coordinator (if necessary).

Select "Optional Task Settings" to set additional options ( # of volunteers, and additional questions)
- If you'd like to add additional tasks, select "Add another task", then repeat steps 9 and 10 for as many tasks required.

Select "Save as Draft" or "Publish" to save your post.

Publish your post to make it go live if you previously saved it as a Draft.
From your IHUBApp
NOTE: You must be signed into your IHUBApp or Builder and have appropriate permission to create posts.
- Select the Top Nav Menu on your Hub
- Click on your Profile
- Navigate to Hub Administration
- Select "Posts"
- Click on "Add post"
- Repeat steps 4-12 above.
