Accessing Your Hub: How to Find Your URL and Login Using IHUBApp

Logging into your IHUBApp is straightforward, whether you're an owner with administrative privileges or a user with specific access rights. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to help you access and manage your IHUBApp efficiently. In this guide we will review:

Step 1: Accessing Your IHUBApp URL

Note: If you have a connected domain to your Hub, just go directly to your domain. 

First, you need to go to your specific IHUBApp URL. This will depend on the location of your hub:

• United States: https://name.ihub.app
• Canada: https://name.ihubapp.ca
• Australia: https://name.ihubapp.com.au

Replace name with the unique starting portion of your hub's URL, which you set during the creation of the hub.

Step 2: Logging In

To log in:

1. Once you are on your IHUBApp page, look for the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) located at the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on this menu and select the "Register/Login" button.
   
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to either register (if you're a new user) or log in (if you already have an account).
   

As the hub owner, you automatically have Administrator access, which allows you to see and manage all aspects of the IHUBApp. However, other users will see different content based on the access rights you have granted them. If they report not seeing what you can, you will need to adjust their access accordingly.

Step 3: Access IHUBApp Builder for Business

Once logged in, you can start editing directly from your Hub. If you wish to use more advanced features through the Builder, which is available via premium licenses, follow these steps:

1. Click on your name in the top corner of the IHUBApp.
2. Select "Hub Administration" from the dropdown menu.
3. Choose "Open Builder" to start creating content from the backend.

Note on Access and Licenses
The "Open Builder" option will only appear if you have the necessary access rights or a premium license. If you do not see this option, check your account status or contact your administrator for more information.

Additional Information for Using the Builder
If you are eligible to use the builder, here are the URLs you will need depending on your location:

• US Builder (build.inspirehub.com)

• Canada Builder(build.ihubapp.ca)

• Australia Builder (build.ihubapp.com.au)

When logging into the builder:

1. Enter the starting portion of your hub's URL.
2. Provide the email and password that were chosen at the creation of your hub.

When logging into the builder, you will be need to enter the starting portion of your URL which is unique to your HUB (ie. depending on where your hub is created, every hub url ends with “.ihubapp.org,” “.ihubapp.ca,” or “.ihubapp.com.au“), your email, and password that was chosen at creation.
