The Configure section within the Builder is an essential part of setting up your Hub with advanced options and customizations. In this guide, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of configuring various aspects of your Hub, including advanced options, custom CSS, home customization, look and feel, menu editor, tracking code, welcome message, company profile, contact page, integrations, and merchant accounts. Let's get started!
1. Advanced Options

Advanced Options allows you to configure a number of things in your hub including:
- Administration: Adding admins to new channels
- Hub Functionality: Including the name, how users engage with your hub, and certain functions of how the Hub looks
- Registration: Setting default channels that will automatically add members when they register, prompting users to join other channels, and determining how much information you collect.
- Newsletter: Setting when the newsletter goes out and how many articles will be included, along with frequency.
2. Custom CSS

For users with more advanced experience we provide the ability to use CSS to customized the overall look and feel of your hub.
3. Home Customization

4. Look and Feel

5. Menu Editor

7. Company Profile
- Managing Company Profile:
- Click on "Company Profile" within the Configure section.
- Customize the following:
- IHUBApp Name (appears on the tab when users view the Hub on a computer).
- Contact Email (for emails sent from your Hub).
- Currency (set the currency for your Hub).
- Time Zone (set the default timezone for your Hub).
- Address (set the organization's address for event creation convenience).
8. Contact Page
- Configuring the Contact Page:
- Utilize the contact page to allow users to get in touch with you.
- Some organizations use it as a staff directory.
- Learn who gets notified when someone submits feedback on the contact page.
- Users can use the contact page to contact you. We see clients use this as a place to put their organization's staff directory.

A: The contact email set under the Company Profile is the only person who receives the feedback emails.

9. Integrations
- Salesforce Integration:
- Connect your IHUBApp to Salesforce to automatically enter new registered users as contacts in your Salesforce account.
- IHUBApp API:
- Agencies can access the IHUBApp API for more customization options. Contact support@inspirehub.com for information.
10. Merchant Accounts
Whether you're collecting donations through your IHUBApp or hosting ticketed events, users can pay directly through your IHUBApp once you have a Merchant Account connected.

Setting Up Merchant Accounts with Stripe
- Enable users to make payments through your Hub by connecting a Merchant Account.

Q: How do I connect my Merchant Accounts?
A: Navigate to Configure > Merchant Accounts. If you do not see this option in your Manage Tab, contact your IHUBApp Administrator.
For Stripe:

Under Stripe, select ‘Connect’ (this will take you to the Stripe login)
