Advanced Options
The IHUBApp is easy to use and comes with customizable features that let you control exactly how users interact and see content within the HUB. In the Advanced Options tab, you'll find a plethora of options that can be turned on and off to create the digital experience best suited to you and your members.
How to Access "Advanced Options" in your IHUBApp
- Log in to your IHUBApp.
- Navigate to "Hub administration" under your profile in the side navigation menu.
- Select "Advanced Options".
How to Access "Advanced Options" in the builder
- Log in to your IHUBApp.
- Navigate to "Hub administration" under your profile in the side navigation menu.
- Select "Open builder" (this will open the builder for your hub).
- Select "Configure > Advanced Options".
Administration Section
Add admins to new channels

Turning this toggle 'On' will include all Builder Administrators as Channel Administrators in any new channel created. Only the Owner may set this toggle.
Hub Section
My HUB URL
- Select the URL to open your HUB
- The HUB name can also be updated
- The QR Code icon will open the dialog to download a QR Code that can be used in other media
Member uploads

Turning this toggle 'On' will allow members to submit content to be reviewed by Channel Administrators (of the channel that the content is submitted to) and published on the HUB. Note: this overrides content permissions on all channels and allows ALL users to submit content for review.
Comments
- Turning this toggle 'On' will set the comments section to be on by default for new posts that are created.
Disable comment moderation
- Turning this toggle 'On' will allow ANY user to post comments in ALL channels without moderation.
Author selector
- Turning this toggle 'On' allows the author associated with post to be set.
Left menu visibility
- Turning this toggle 'On' will always show the left/side menu at high resolutions
Maximum number of card columns
- Control how many columns of content will be shown (limited by member's screen size) More columns will require higher resolution screens.
Slider speed
- Set how long a slider will pause before moving on to next slider
Time zone
- Default time zone that will be used for date and times in the HUB.
Registration Section

New members will automatically be added to the default channels set here

Channels set here will appear during registration so new members can quickly join important channels

Turning this toggle 'On' will display a list of popular channels during registration

Turning this toggle 'On' will allow new members to view and select user profile sections during registration
Newsletter Section

Turning this toggle 'On' will automatically include all newly published content in the newsletter email

The number set here is the number of content items that will be included in the newsletter/digest email

Turning this toggle 'On' will use the title of the first post in newsletter as title for the email

The weekly newsletter will be sent on whichever date is set here
