What kind of information does IHUBApp collect and how can I access it?

At InspireHUB, we value your privacy and want you to understand what information we collect through the IHUBApp and how you can access it.

📋 What information do we collect?

The IHUBApp only collects the information needed to provide you with a digital experience (like a website, app, or portal). This may include:

• Account information (required for administrators): your name, email address, and cell phone number.
• Profile information (optional): details you choose to add such as a profile photo, gender, or other personal details.
• Posts, comments, and messages: content you share with others in your HUB or channel.
• Technical information: such as your IP address, device/browser type, and cookie data (used to improve navigation).
• Support information: if you contact us or your HUB administrator for help, we may access limited data to resolve your issue.

👉 You always choose how much information to share in your profile and posts. The only required data is what’s needed to create your account.

🔐 Who can see my information?

• Other users in your HUB or channel may see posts, comments, and any profile fields you set to “public.”
• Your email and phone number are not visible to others unless you choose to display them in your profile.
• InspireHUB itself only accesses your information when it is needed to provide support or comply with the law.

📂 How can I access my information?

You have the right to see, update, or remove the information we hold about you. There are two main ways:

1. Self-service access
   • Update or remove information directly in your IHUBApp profile and account settings.
   • Edit or delete your posts and comments at any time.
2. Formal request (DSAR)
   • If you want a complete report of all personal information we hold about you, you can submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).

   • For security, we’ll need to verify your identity. We’ll respond within 30 days as required by law.
