Who Are Hub Owners and Verified Admins?

Hub Owners: These are the individuals or entities who have purchased and manage a Hub through IHUBApp. They hold the primary responsibility and authority over their Hub.
- Verified Admins: A Verified Admin is someone who has been identified by the Hub Owner and authorized to reach out to our support team on behalf of their Hub. To become a Verified Admin, the Hub Owner must send a note to support@inspirehub.com indicating the person’s name and their permission to communicate with IHUBApp support.
Handling Inquiries from End-Users
If end-users of a Hub reach out to support@inspirehub.com with any inquiries, they will be directed to contact their Hub Owner for assistance. This policy ensures that all communications and support interactions are managed securely and efficiently, maintaining the integrity and privacy of all Hubs and their users.
Premium and After-Hours Support
After-hours and emergency support are available only on premium plans or to Certified Hubmasters who manage multiple Hubs and have achieved the equivalent of a premium licensing package. These enhanced support options ensure that our most active and high-volume users receive the timely assistance they need, even outside regular business hours.
