How to Enable and Manage Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
Enhancing the security of your account is crucial. Multifactor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a second form of verification. This guide will walk you through enabling and managing MFA using an authenticator app, as well as navigating the new Security Settings section to reset your password and manage active sessions.
Step by Step Instructions

Navigate to Security Settings
- Make sure you are signed into your Hub.
- Select the Left Hand Menu on your Hub.
- Expand your profile, and select "Security Settings".

Reset Password
- In the Security Settings section, you can reset your password. Click the "Reset password" button to change your password. This section will also tell you when you password was last changed, and the last time you logged in.

Add an Authenticator App
- In the Authenticator section, click "Add authenticator app".
- A QR code will appear. Scan this QR code using your authenticator app (e.g., Authy, Google Authenticator).
- Enter the six-digit code generated by your authenticator app and click "Add".
- Name your device for easy identification.

Session Control
- Manage your active sessions in the Session Control section. Here, you can view details of each session, including location and device information, and log out of sessions as needed.

Login Process with MFA
- After entering the correct email and password, you will be prompted to enter a code from your authenticator app.
- If needed, you can choose a different method for authentication by clicking "Try another way".
Note: If an incorrect password is entered multiple times, the option to send a code to your email will appear to assist you with login.
