Add an Existing User to a Channel

Bridge Instructions

Log into the Builder
Navigate to 'Channels & Users' > 'Channels' > Select the Channel you wish to add users to
On the Members List page select 'Add Member'
In the pop-up window, locate the user by scrolling through the list or by using the search bar to search for their name or email address.
To add all members, select Select All.
Once you find the user you wish to add, click on the box to the left of their name
Choose 'Add'
A confirmation box will appear and the user you added should now appear in your Channel's Members List

Navigate to 'Channels' > Select the 3 dot channel menu on the Channel you wish to add users to. Select 'Members'.
On the Members List page select 'Add Member'
In the pop-up window, locate the user by scrolling through the list or by using the search bar to search for their name or email address.
To add all members, select Select All.
Once you find the user you wish to add, click on the box to the left of their name
Choose 'Add'
A confirmation box will appear and the user you added should now appear in your Channel's Members List
