Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why isn’t my logo displaying correctly?
A: Ensure that your logo meets the image requirements listed above. Sometimes, logos may appear pixelated or cropped if they do not match the recommended dimensions. If your logo looks distorted, try resizing the image to fit the recommended aspect ratio.
Q: Can I use a transparent background for my logo?
A: Yes, we recommend using a transparent PNG file if your logo has a non-rectangular shape or needs to blend seamlessly with your hub’s background color.
Q: Is there a way to revert to my old logo?
A: Unfortunately, there is no "revert" button. However, you can upload your previous logo file again to replace the new one.
Q: Can I change my hub’s favicon as well?
A: Yes! In the same Look and Feel section, look for the Icon where you can upload a small icon (minimum 512x512 pixels) to be displayed in the browser tab, and on mobile.
Tips for Creating a Professional Hub Logo
- Keep it simple: Logos with clean lines and minimal text work best at small sizes.
- High contrast: Make sure your logo contrasts well with your hub’s background color to improve readability and visibility.
- Use vector files: If possible, create your logo using a vector format (e.g., SVG) to ensure it scales well across different devices and screen sizes.
