Add New User / Member to Your Channel
NOTE: You must be signed into your IHUBApp and have appropriate permission to be able to customize this message.
- Select the Top Nav Menu on your Hub
- Click on your Profile
- Navigate to Hub Administration
- Select 'Channels' and navigate the channel you wish to manage your members on.
- Click on the name of the channel to expand it. (NOTE: You must have appropriate access to see this functionality.) Scroll down to Channel Management.
- Select Members
- In the pop up box, find the user by scrolling through the list or by using the search bar and typing in their name or email address.
Add a Member to a Channel
- Select the Add Member Button
- In the pop-up, start typing the name of the user. NOTE: You can only add members to your channels who are already registered in your Hub. If they have not joined, you can follow these steps to invite users to register and then add them to the channel after.
To Remove a Member from a Channel

Once you find the user you wish to remove, click on their name, to expand the details. Select the "Remove Member'

The user will be removed from your channel.
