Feed customization is designed for users who want to go beyond the standard setup and create a more tailored experience. This feature allows you to modify the look and feel of your channels, offering greater control over the presentation of your content.

Our general recommendation is to leverage the built-in Sliders feature and regular posts to maximize engagement. NOTE: You must be signed into your IHUBApp and have appropriate permission to be able to customize a Channel.

Select the Top Nav Menu on your Hub
Click on your Profile
Navigate to Hub Administration
Select 'Channels'
Click on the ( + ) next to Channels
Navigate to the channel you wish to customize and click on it.
IF YOU HAVE APPROPRIATE ACCESS you will see a panel open that allows you to edit. Navigate to 'Channel Management' and select 'Customize'
A screen will pop up below that says 'Edit customization' which will allow you put in content above or below sliders. A sample of what this look like is below for your reference.
If you do NOT see this, you may not have appropriate access. Please talk to your administrator about gaining appropriate access.
