Message Center (Alert Center) Notifications

Notifications and Alerts in the Message Center

When a message is placed into the message center the following notifications happen:

• An alert badge is placed in the menu showing how many messages are unread.

• An alert icon is placed on the app icon (Android)

• An email is sent to the users with the message alert.

Enabling Email Alerts for the Message Center

In order for your users to receive the email alerts they must have completed the following:

1. Registered for your IHUBApp

2. Verified their email via the email our system sends

3. Under the Notification Settings they must have “Email for new messages” enabled
