A newsletter is automatically sent to each user individually with new content created in the channels to which they have subscribed, depending on their chosen newsletter frequency. As the owner of a Hub, you determine when and how often newsletters are sent.
User Control of Newsletters
Users have the ability to toggle whether you will receive newsletter daily, weekly, or not at all. Here’s how:
- Login to Your Hub
- Select your Profile At the Top
- Select ‘Notification Settings’
- Under ‘Newsletter Frequency’ select Daily, Weekly, or Never. (Note: If you cannot change this it is because the owner of your Hub has disable this functionality)
